This well-appointed guesthouse comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The primary suite features a king-size bed, Roku Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. Connected to the primary suite, a bonus room with vanity works well as a quiet office, nursery, or playroom - perfect for setting up a pack 'n play or twin floor mattress for children.

The heart of the home features an open-concept living space with comfortable seating, large windows that fill the rooms with natural light, and seamless flow into the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen showcases modern stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, plus all essential cookware for preparing meals together.

Important details for your stay: This rural, working farm property may include occasional barnyard sounds during the day and runs on well water. The owners live on-site in the primary residence with another separate rental unit on the property. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for the peaceful residential setting. A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking, along with a refundable security deposit.

Pets are welcome with up to 2 pets allowed for a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. All cancellations incur a $75 processing fee, and travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
