- Pool heating is $50/night (must be requested 2-3 days prior and applied to the full stay)
- Pets, smoking, vaping, and marijuana are strictly prohibited
- No parties, events, or unapproved visitors allowed
- Fireworks and open flames (candles/incense) are forbidden
- Please maintain the AC thermostat at 72°F or above to prevent coil freezing
- Respect neighbors; no loud music or disturbances past 10 p.m. ($200 fee for violators)
- Mailbox use is prohibited; only Amazon packages are permitted
Fees: Smoking fines are $250; late check-outs are $50 per hour; unapproved guests are $50 per night; blocking surveillance cameras is $250; lost remotes are $100.

Please keep the chlorine floater in the hot tub at all times. It's crucial for keeping the water clear and safe. Removing it may lead to cloudy water.
Pool Patio Door Safety Instructions: Our self-closing, self-latching door system is designed to meet the pool barrier safety requirements and applicable codes for the State of Arizona.
To help maintain a safe pool environment and prevent damage to the door mechanism, please carefully review and follow the instructions below when using the back patio door leading to the pool.
Bottom Handle: LOCK: Push the handle inward. UNLOCK: Gently pull the handle directly toward you.
Top Black Lever: This is the safety mechanism for opening the door to the outdoors.
To open the door, pull the black lever toward the kitchen while pulling the unlocked bottom handle at the same time.
To Re-Enter the House: Follow the same steps from the outside to operate the door.
Important: Please Do Not Force the Door.
Do not yank or pull forcefully on the bottom handle to open the door. Doing so may damage the safety mechanism and require professional repairs. Any damage resulting from improper use will be the responsibility of the person responsible for the damage.
