Must be at least 25 years old to rent and sign rental agreement (ID will be requested).

Guest Rental agreement form(s) must be filled out and signed in order to confirm booking. Email address will be requested so we can send the forms. They must be completed and submitted one week prior to check-in date.

Smoking is prohibited - all types.

Max of 4 dogs allowed (need to sign an additional pet agreement form)

No cats allowed.

NO excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Be mindful of noise from 11 PM - 8 AM.

DO NOT DUMP oil down the sink drains. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper or plumbing system will be clogged and damaged. No feminine products or wipes should be flushed at any time.

If staying on trash and/or recycling days guest must place trash on the curb for pickup.

Gas grill: please turn off gas at the unit and tank after each use. DO NOT move the grill as it needs to be kept away from the house and furnishings during use. Please clean after use.

Locked Areas: Guest will not be provided a key for homeowner’s personal storage closets and outdoor shed. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of rental agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and guest will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.

Falsified Bookings: If your booking was made under false pretense, including, but not limited to, a falsified name, age or size of party, you will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

PARKING: Free on-street parking and some meter parking in the surrounding area on a first come first served. (2) parking passes will be provided for guest use at all street metered parking spots in the City of Wildwood which covers the south side of 26th Street to the North Side of Cresse Avenue only. The other sides are covered by North Wildwood or Wildwood Crest, respectively. **Guest will ensure all parking passes are left upon checkout. Guest will be charged for any missing passes at a cost of $500 each. **

Security Deposit: IF YOU ARE RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD AND TREAT IT WITH CARE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE CHARGED! If our home appears dirty or damaged upon check-in, please inform us immediately. If there are damages to the property/furnishings, missing household items or theft, dirt/mess requiring excessive cleaning you will be charged. Homeowner may use all or part of the security deposit to repair any damage caused by guest. Should the damage amount or fines exceed the amount of the deposit, guest remains liable for the balance. $1,000 Security Deposit Hold and Photo ID REQUIRED! Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.

Guest agrees to immediately notify the homeowner of any maintenance problem, so the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

Homeowner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which homeowner has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, construction, closed amenities, mechanical failure such as appliances, TVs, etc. We will do our best to correct any issues that arise, however, no refunds will be given for occurrences beyond our control.

Use of Exterior Security Cameras and Indoor/Outdoor Noise Monitoring: Guest understands and accepts that the property is protected with outside security cameras and inside/outside NoiseAware sensors. Cameras and noise sensors are used to protect the property from damage and fines due to parties by monitoring for excessive people and sound levels. There are NO cameras inside the house. Sensors do not record audio, they only monitor decibel levels and report if noise is detected over the threshold limits. No tampering with equipment.
