We promise we aren't here to ruin your fun vacation with a bunch of crazy rules. Unfortunately, though, a few bad apples (guests and hosts) have ruined a good time for others because the rules weren't clear. In light of this, we err on the side of being more clear so there are no misunderstandings... so here goes:

No pets or animals allowed on the property.

No parties or events of any kind allowed at the property.

Any person (guest or visitor) on the property must be registered with the host beforehand. This is super simple. Just send the host their names in a chat on Airbnb. The maximum occupancy of the property is 8 people at any given time. At no time shall any unregistered people or more than 8 people be on the property.

No smoking of any kind allowed on the property. This includes tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana and anything else that is smoked.

No running around the pool. No jumping in the pool. The maximum depth of the pool is 6 feet. It is not set up for diving/jumping.

Any children in or around the pool must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.

No glass of any kind allowed around the pool.

Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM daily. Our property is in a regular neighborhood with neighbors waking up early to go to work and school in the mornings. We wish to maintain good relationships with them and ask that you respect our quiet hours. The house is equipped with NoiseAware decibel monitoring devices which will alert the host to any unreasonable noise levels. NoiseAware simply monitors noise levels and does not record or transmit any sound.

No exceptions to the published check-in and check-out times without written approval from the host. We will always try our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, but it really depends on a few factors such as if anybody is checking in/out that day, the condition of the home, if any maintenance issues came up, etc. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please discuss options with the host beforehand. If we are unable to accommodate the request, we will work with you so you can store luggage at the property so you can go do groceries or explore town while you wait.

Unapproved late check-outs will be given a 15 minute grace period after the check-out time. After that grace period, guests are subject to a $30 late check-out fee for every 30 minutes they are late vacating the property. All people and possessions must be vacated in this time. Due to security and liability concerns, our policy is that cleaners cannot begin their work until the property has been completely vacated.

If you break something, please report it to us as soon as possible. We understand accidents happen. Our main goal when something breaks is to try and replace it before the next guest arrives, so the sooner you let us know the bigger help you are being.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-4069.
