A guest favorite is the charming loft bedroom, which serves as a cozy hideaway ideal for kids or a quiet reading nook. The layout is completed by 2 full bathrooms with high-end finishes, including one walk-in shower and one shower-tub combo.

Inside, the open-concept living area invites connection, featuring a decorative wood-burning stove and a Smart TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a dining area that comfortably seats seven. For entertainment, head downstairs to the family-friendly game room, equipped with a ping pong table, arcade machines, and classic board games.

• Pets: Small, well-behaved dogs under 40 lbs allowed (no cats). Pet fees: $150 for the 1st pet, $75 for each additional pet.
• Restrictions: No parties, loud music, smoking/vaping, or fireworks. Guests must be 25+ to book.
• Note: Steep stairs lead to the basement. Hot tub towels are not provided; please bring your own.
• Fees: Early check-in/late check-out may be available for $50 per hour. Lost beach badge fee: $150 (HOA charge).
