Check in and check out times are strictly enforced unless agreed upon before hand. Arrangements can be made in advance as long as it does not interfere with other bookings or our cleaning schedule.

Check-in Procedure: There is an electronic lock on site for self check-in to the house.

On the day of your arrival we will provide the codes for the entry door and the garage door. These codes will be changed after every guest.

Check-out Procedure: Close all windows, turn off all lights and fans, check all doors are locked and ensure the garage door closes fully prior to departure. Please also make sure that all dishes are washed (or the dishwasher loaded and running) prior to check-out. We appreciate tidy guests who treat our space as if it were their own!

Not a Party House! This unit should not be rented for parties or events. We respect our neighborhood and strictly enforce “quiet hours” after 10pm. No under-aged drinking allowed on the premises. Any additional guests visiting the property must be noted and agreed upon with us in advance. There are to be no overnight guests not originally registered for the booking.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking rental and will be strictly enforced - that means no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, none of it. Any smoke smell found in the unit after your departure will result in your security deposit not being returned and possible additional cleaning costs. Just don’t do it!

Parking: There is a two car garage and plenty of room for additional cars in the driveway. The garage can be accessed via a numeric keypad near the entryway of the house and the code will be provided on the day of check-in.

For security reasons, the garage door MUST be closed at all times if you are not entering or exiting. We also ask that you make sure that the garage door is completely closed before leaving, as items may block the sensor and re-open the door.

Infants and Children: We welcome your little ones! Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with children and their ages. We are happy to provide a pack & play with linens, high chair, children’s plates, cups and utensils, and an infant bath tub insert.

The space is suitable for children but is not guaranteed to be baby-proof or child-proof. Please inspect the space upon arrival for any hazards. It is your responsibility to watch your children at all times, especially in the pool and play areas. Please use extreme caution with the play area in warm weather - turf and slide/swing surfaces may be VERY hot!

No pets. No exceptions.

Trash: Trash and recycling cans are located behind the gate on the North side of the house. Trash is collected on Mondays. Someone will come by on Sunday night to take the trash cans to the street and again on Monday afternoon to return them to the area on the North side of the house.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen! If you or your guests break something, we ask that you notify us so that we can arrange replacement through the airbnb app, if necessary. If you notify us, we will not hold it against you in your review. Thanks!

Liability: The owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of anything arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.

We have put a lot of hard work and love into creating this space to share with you and ask that you treat it with the same respect. We are excited to host you and and hope you have a wonderful, relaxing vacation!
