The home features three comfortable bedrooms with a king bed in the primary bedroom (which includes a private deck), plus two additional bedrooms each with full beds. Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for your group, while a sleeper sofa in the office space provides additional flexibility.

The Big Bass Lake community offers incredible seasonal amenities for an additional fee, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, splash pad, two beaches, fitness center with sauna, recreation lounge with pool table, marina with boat rentals, sports courts for basketball, tennis, pickleball and volleyball, playgrounds, and winter activities like snow tubing and sledding hills. The community also features picnic areas and parks perfect for family gatherings.

Located in Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania, you're just minutes from Gouldsboro State Park and within driving distance of major Poconos attractions including Kalahari Indoor Waterpark (20 minutes), Jack Frost Ski Resort (30 minutes), Pocono Raceway (30 minutes), Great Wolf Lodge, and Camelback Resort. The area offers excellent hiking, fishing, and outdoor activities year-round.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available for $75 each with advance approval. Dogs are welcome with a $150 fee per dog (maximum 3 dogs, pre-approval required). Big Bass Lake registration is required ($50 per group, $50 late fee if within 3 business days). Optional seasonal amenity passes available for $8-10 per person per day. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests including children and infants. Primary renter must be 25 or older, and rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
