Please note important booking requirements: guests must be 25 or older, complete a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking confirmation, and register with Emerald Lakes community. Pet fees apply at $100 per dog, and a mandatory $40 damage waiver fee is required. Community amenities passes are available for purchase ($20-50 per person depending on duration). Late registrations within 48 hours incur a $200 fee. The property features exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices.
