Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Dogs are welcome (up to 3) with a $50 fee per dog, subject to vetting. Please note that a mandatory $200 registration fee applies for late or last-minute bookings. To ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. A minimum rental age of 25 is required. Guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to secure their reservation. For the safety of all, the exterior is equipped with three security cameras and two noise monitoring devices.
