The home is designed for large gatherings and relaxation, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Upstairs, you will find two guest rooms with queen beds and two recently updated bedrooms, each featuring two twin beds. The sleeping quarters are served by two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination.

Living spaces are abundant throughout the home, which boasts three distinct living rooms. One area invites you to stretch out on a wraparound sofa or love seat by a decorative brick fireplace, where music lovers can also enjoy a baby grand piano. A second living room provides additional seating and a functional fireplace, while a third living room offers a cozy setup with a sofa, love seat, chair, and a 32” cable TV. The heart of the home is the large kitchen, perfect for preparing New England Clam Chowder, with a breakfast nook that seats six and a separate dining room table for another six. For a bright and airy experience, visit the "Carousel Room," a roomy sunroom featuring a large white comfortable couch and a built-in wet bar with an eight-person dining table.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Sliding glass doors lead to a large, shaded backyard surrounded by empty lots, offering privacy for a backyard BBQ on the grill or a nap in the hammock. For convenience, the home includes an outdoor shower and a shed with a drying rack for towels and beach chairs.

Located in a prime spot, you are just a 5-minute walk from the Brooks Road Beach and the exclusive Allen Harbor Beach Association private beach. Family excitement is within reach, with Bud’s Go-Karts, the Trampoline Center, and Grand Slam Entertainment—featuring a zip line, bumper boats, and a batting cage—all within a 7- to 12-minute walk. Local shopping and dining in Harwich Port are nearby, and day trips to Chatham or nearby islands via the ferry are easily accessible.
