- Community Access: Optional passes for the Emerald Lakes amenities (pools, sauna, sports courts, and lakes) are available for purchase at the community office. A $200 fee applies for registrations made less than 48 hours before check-in.
- Other: A $40 damage waiver is included. Please note the rural setting may occasionally result in sightings of local insects or mice despite pest control efforts.

● Must be at least 25 years old to book this property ● This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations. ● QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times ● PETS - We allow dogs only (up to 3 per stay) with a fee per dog as noted in the listing description. Cats and other types of pets are not permitted. All dogs must be pre-screened and approved - please share detailed information during the booking process. Keep dogs off all furniture. You are required to clean up after them, both in the house and in the yard. Damages, stains, and excessive dog hair will result in additional charges. ● No unregistered guests allowed - All visitors must be approved by Wander Home ● No unapproved parties or events ● No fireworks ● No food or oil down the drain ● Flush only toilet paper ● No glass, pets, lotions, oils, soaps, etc., in hot tub ● Replace hot tub cover after use ● Trash - All trash must be bagged. Place trash in the bear-proof trash bins located at the end of the driveway, making sure the lids are securely closed after use. All leftover food and household trash must go in the bear-proof trash bins only. DO NOt place food or trash in the recycling bins, as this may attract bears and cause them to break into the bins. Please do not leave trash or unattended food outside at any time. ● Dishes - Wash all dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out. ● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.' ● PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late check out ● PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules. ● Be sure to read and comply with the Emerald Lakes Community Rules.
