Please note that smoking is prohibited indoors (outdoor smoking permitted with closed windows/doors). A $300 fee applies for indoor smoking violations. House-trained cats and dogs are welcome (maximum 3 pets) but must stay off furniture and bedding. Pet waste cleanup is required, and pets are not permitted in the pool area. Lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge. Additional cleaning fees of $200 may apply for pet policy violations. Excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees when outdoor temperatures fall below 40 degrees.
