Important policies: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property (including balcony) with a $500 fee if violated. No pets are permitted with a $300 fine. Hanging items on balcony railings incurs a $100 fine. Long-term stays are welcome.
