A mandatory $40 damage waiver fee applies to all reservations, and eligible refunds incur a 6% processing fee. Early check-in or late check-out available for $50 each with approval; unauthorized late checkout incurs a $500 penalty. Due to the rural mountain setting, occasional encounters with insects or small wildlife may occur despite pest control efforts. Security cameras monitor exterior entrances for safety purposes.
