This charming home sleeps up to 8 guests with thoughtfully arranged accommodations: the master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bathroom and Smart TV, a second bedroom offers a queen bed with TV, and two additional bedrooms each provide twin beds with TVs. The spacious layout includes rooms on both the main level and upstairs, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

Arrowhead Lake Community offers resort-like amenities including multiple seasonal pools, lakes with sandy beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and a Community Lodge featuring a library, fitness center, and game rooms. Boat and kayak rentals are available seasonally for additional adventure.

The location provides easy access to Pocono attractions: Kalahari Waterpark (25 minutes), Jack Frost & Big Boulder Ski Resorts (25 minutes), Mount Airy Casino (30 minutes), and Pocono Raceway (25 minutes).

Important: Community HOA fees are mandatory and not included in the booking price. Temporary membership fees apply: $8.50 per person per day during peak season (May 24-Sept 2) or $42.50 per person per week, $2 per person per day off-season (Sept 3-May 23), plus $20 gate pass per vehicle and $20 administration fee per stay. Children under 6 are free. All fees must be paid online at least 1 day prior to arrival, with a $100 late fee applying if paid less than 3 days before arrival.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. All trash must be removed upon departure to avoid attracting wildlife.
