• Verification: A government-issued photo ID and a quick online verification process are required before check-in instructions are sent.

Important Property Notes: Construction is currently taking place in the building from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, which may result in noise. Due to regional energy conditions, a backup generator is available; however, the use of air conditioning, microwaves, hair dryers, washers, dryers, and chargers is strictly prohibited during generator use to ensure power stability. Backup water tanks are also on-site for your convenience. Please note that no refunds are issued for weather-related causes, though rescheduling may be available based on calendar availability.
