The upstairs level includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. This area features a primary master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two full beds. Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a second kitchen. This level offers a second master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two twin beds. For your utmost comfort, every bedroom is equipped with an individual A/C split unit.

Step outside to an outdoor space perfectly crafted for the beachfront setting. You can enjoy ocean views from breezy terraces, relax on the open patio, or wander through the large grassy backyard that opens directly onto the sand. For convenience, the exterior also features a half bathroom and two outdoor showers, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. On-site parking is available for up to six vehicles.
