The master suite features a King-size bed, two personal nightstands, a TV, ceiling fans, AC, a full dresser, and an ensuite private bathroom. The second bedroom is designed for flexibility, offering a bunk bed composed of two full beds with a twin trundle pull-out, along with a small dresser, AC, and a sliding door closet.

The home boasts a great open living area furnished with vibrant colors and comfort in mind, featuring a small sectional sofa, TV, AC, and a 4-person dining table. This space seamlessly integrates with an open and airy kitchen—equipped with a full refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, toaster, and blender—and a grand terrace. Gorgeous stainless steel doors and modern multi-windows open completely to reveal expansive views. The terrace is an outdoor haven with a lounge area, hammocks, a dining table, and a carbon BBQ grill, all leading down to the property's best feature: a large private pool (not heated).

Nestled in the town of beautiful sunsets, Casa de Kai is just a short drive from secluded beaches like Sandy Beach, which is only 2 minutes away. Guests can explore the laid-back atmosphere of Rincón, visit the El Faro Lighthouse at Punta Higuero, or dine at local favorites like La Copa Llena and La Serina. Please note that renting a car is a must, as Ubers are not readily available in the area.
