This cozy home is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with a thoughtful layout including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a roll-away twin, while the second bedroom offers a full bed and a twin. Each room is equipped with a big closet for your convenience.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen boasting beautiful quartz counters and a refrigerator with filtered drinking water and ice. The adjacent living room is perfect for unwinding, featuring a massive beautiful leather sectional, a 50" smart TV, and a cast iron gas fireplace. For those who love the outdoors, a covered porch provides a peaceful secluded area where you might spot local deer or a wandering black bear.

Step outside onto the California deck to find a beautiful 5-person hot tub, a chiminea perfect for roasting marshmallows, and a nice seating area under glowing Edison lights. Other outdoor highlights include a newer 2-burger gas grill and an amazing outdoor shower, located just 700' from the public beach. For entertainment, there is a game shed with darts and foosball, and the hosts supply 3 kayaks for your use (transport to launch required).

The location is unbeatable, with a walking distance of less than 2,000 feet to Palmyra Public Beach, Wallenpaupack Boat Tours, Gresham's Chop House and Tiki Bar, and the Lake Wallenpaupack Visitor's Center. The property also borders State Gamelands, and the driveway is large enough to accommodate up to three vehicles or a boat on a trailer.
