Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. A mandatory registration with the Arrowhead Lake Community is required, with associated fees for transaction, gate cards, and memberships. Dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per dog (maximum of 3 vetted dogs). Please note the house rules: no fireworks, no unauthorized parties, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. As this is a septic system, only toilet paper should be flushed, and no food should go down the drains. Due to local wildlife, guests are asked to take all trash to the community dumpsters upon departure.
