The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space: the first floor main room features a queen bed, while the second floor offers a backyard-facing room with a queen bed and a front-yard-facing room with two single beds. For additional flexibility, the first-floor sun room serves as an extra sleeping area with a queen bed, a single bed, and a single bed top bunk.

Designed for private entertaining and family fun, the home is packed with features to keep everyone engaged. Guests can enjoy a private hot tub available all seasons at no extra charge, a cozy wood fireplace, and a variety of games including a pool table, ping pong, and board games. The interior is equipped with 4 smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and air conditioning in every room for total comfort.

Families will find the home exceptionally welcoming, as it is fully stocked for babies and kids with a crib, pack ’n play, baby gates, high chair, and changing table. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and flatware.

Located just minutes from the excitement of Camelback Resort and Kalahari Waterpark, the cottage also offers a serene experience with daily deer visits in the yards. Guests may also purchase optional passes to access community amenities, including an indoor heated pool (open all seasons), outdoor pools, lake and beach access for swimming and fishing, basketball, tennis, and a playground. Boat rentals, including kayaks and paddleboards, are available on weekends.
