Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed ($75 fee per pet)
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old; valid ID and signed rental agreement required.
• Entry: Electronic lock via door code provided 2 hours before check-in.
• Restrictions: Strictly no fireworks ($1,000 fine) and adherence to quiet hours ($500 fine).
• Trash: Must be bagged and disposed of in the designated bear box or trash shed; a $5 per bag fee applies for trash left inside or outside designated areas.
• Fees: Early check-in and late check-out are available at $50/hr. A $50 handling fee applies for lost and found shipping.
• Important Notes: The living room fireplace is for design purposes only and is not usable. Due to the rural setting, 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during winter months.
