Designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout across three levels. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms and a versatile loft: Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, Bedroom 2 features a full bed, and Bedroom 3 provides a twin bed plus a twin bunk bed. The loft adds further flexibility with both a twin and a full bed, ensuring everyone has a comfy spot to unwind.

Inside, a cozy ambiance is created by two inviting wood-burning fireplaces, perfect for gathering on chilly evenings. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, utensils, and essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. For entertainment and productivity, guests will find fast Wi-Fi, a workstation desk and chair, Smart TVs, and a lower-level foosball table. Comfort is maintained year-round with baseboard heat and two AC units located in the living room and loft.

Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring a large deck with a dining table and umbrella, a propane BBQ grill, and a firepit surrounded by nature. The property is a short 5-minute walk to the seasonal Minisink Pool.

• Mandatory Community HOA Fees: Paid separately online at least 1 day prior to arrival. This includes a Temporary Membership (In-Season: $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week; Off-Season: $2/person/day), a $20 gate pass per vehicle, and a $20 administration fee per stay. A $100 late fee applies if registration is completed less than 3 days before arrival.
