The main bedroom serves as a serene retreat with a King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with full sized bunk beds. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a Queen sized sofa bed, and a cozy sectional couch is located in the Family/TV room for everyone to enjoy.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats six. The living space is complemented by a small sitting area and a 55” Smart TV for your favorite streaming services. To ensure your comfort in the Caribbean heat, both bedrooms feature air conditioners, with a third unit in the dining area cooling the entire apartment. Step outside onto the balcony to find an outdoor seating area with views of lush trees, where you can listen for the songs of the Coquís at night.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To maintain the tranquility of the complex, no parties, events, or commercial photography are permitted. Smoking is prohibited, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Only registered guests on the reservation are allowed on the property; no outside visits are permitted. Please be aware that the owners are not responsible for power, water, cable, or Wi-Fi outages, and no refunds are provided for these occurrences.
