About Property

Escape to Los Arcos, an elegant Caribbean Estate set atop a six-acre hillside in Vieques, Puerto Rico, offering spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Esperanza Bay. This magical property blends the grandeur of a Spanish Villa with eclectic global influences from Morocco, China, Mexico, India, and Turkey, all while capturing the essence of Old San Juan.

The estate is designed for luxury and comfort, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout includes three primary guest suites—each featuring a king bed, private bath, and both indoor and outdoor showers—with folding glass doors that open to the ocean. Two suites are located in a separate Guest Wing for added privacy, while the third is in the Main House. A fourth versatile space serves as an office or bedroom, equipped with a pull-out hide-a-bed and a separate bathroom. The interior is defined by 18-inch thick concrete walls and huge archways, including a dramatic center-domed-cathedral-ceiling dining room.

While the home is a new construction, it possesses a timeless character complemented by high-end yet inviting furniture. Guests can enjoy a variety of luxurious features:

For those venturing beyond this private paradise, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and thermoses are provided for visits to nearby sandy beaches.

Located on the island of Vieques, this property requires travel by ferry or flight from the main island of Puerto Rico.
