The interior is highlighted by a kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, which comes fully equipped with a full-size fridge, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and all necessary cookware and dishware. The full bathroom is well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels for your convenience.

While the structured amenities list is limited, guests have access to several property-wide features:

• Shared courtyard with a grill and dining area for BBQing or sipping wine
• Laundry room with washer/dryers (available first-come, first-serve, except between 10 AM and 3 PM)

• Maintenance: Monthly pest control is tentatively scheduled for the first Friday of each month between 4 PM and 5 PM; a representative accompanies the technician, so guests do not need to be present.
