The home is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully designed for convenience, providing direct access from the parking area so that no stairs are necessary to enter the home.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is situated within a premium complex that provides exceptional shared facilities. Guests have access to a kids pool and additional pool areas, as well as a gazebo boasting 180-degree views of the ocean and the nearby Crash Boat Beach. For peace of mind, the complex is maintained by a security guard 24/7. Guests also benefit from two assigned parking spots located inside the property gates, situated directly in front of the building.

Ideally located for exploring the best of the West Coast, the apartment is just a 5-minute car ride from the famous Crash Boat Beach. The surrounding neighborhood offers convenient proximity to beautiful beaches, grocery stores, a golf course, and the BQN airport, ensuring a seamless blend of leisure and accessibility.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules:

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM
• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property; no outside visits are allowed
• No parties, events, or commercial photography
• No smoking
• Quiet hours are in effect with no music or loud noise after 10:00 PM
• Pets are not allowed

Please note a scheduled maintenance update: The Infinity Pool will be temporarily closed from September 14 through October 16, 2026. However, an additional pool area remains available for guest use during this time.
