While the general amenity list is focused, the suite provides a comprehensive living experience with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. Guests also have access to a shared courtyard perfect for BBQing or sipping wine, as well as a shared laundry room. To ensure a seamless beach day, the property provides access to snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.

Located directly across from The Fort National Park with a backdrop of stunning blue water, the property is ideally situated for exploration. You are just 0.2 miles from the Christiansted Boardwalk and a short walk to the ferry, seaplane, waterfront, and historic sites. Wander through 18th-century Danish architecture or visit local favorites like Too Chez, Savant, and Hamilton's, all just around the corner.

• Parking: Free street parking is readily available on the corner.
• Laundry: Shared washer/dryers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis (excluding 10am to 3pm).
• Policies: Ample towels and bedding are provided; guests are encouraged to wash these if fresh linens are needed during their stay.
• Note: Please be aware of current construction on Queen Street which may cause bumpy roads. Monthly pest control is scheduled for the first Friday of each month between 4 and 5pm; a representative will accompany the technician so guests do not need to be present.
