- Primary Renter: Must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.
- Pets: Common household pets are welcome with a paid pet fee; please notify the host in advance.
- Community Access: This home is located in a private community requiring guest registration. Please provide registration info at least 3 days before arrival to ensure seamless access to resort pool and lake amenities.
House Rules: To maintain a peaceful environment, loud parties, disruptive events, unregistered guests or pets, and excessive trash are not allowed. For your safety in this natural setting, please do not leave food, garbage, or pet food outside to avoid attracting local wildlife such as deer or bears.

Host requests

Occupants - guest agrees to register each guest and pet occupying the property with more than 72 hours of arrival, late registration fee will apply for late information. Guest understands that exceeding the maximum occupancy or not registering guests could result in fines. Guest agrees that no parties are allowed.
Check-In/Check-Out Times - Guest agrees that they will not occupy the home before 4PM on the check in date and that they will completely vacate home by 11AM on the check-out date. These times maybe modified only with express written permission from host.
Community – Guest agrees to all community rules and regulations including providing registration information in a timely manner. Guest acknowledges that management is not responsible for condition or availability of community amenities. Tenant agrees that any fines incurred from community will be paid for within 3 days.
Smoking- There is no smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in extra cleaning fees starting at $50. Guests may smoke outside, but not within 10 feet of doors or windows. All evidence of smoking is to be cleaned up (butts, ashes, etc).
Garbage- It is Guests sole responsibility to remove all trash and food products from home and dispose of in trash cans in the shed at time of check-out. Tenant agrees to not leave garbage anywhere except inside of the locked shed.

Put any last minute dishes in the dishwasher. Leave used beds unmade. Replace any furniture that was rearranged. Please clean up any dirty dishes and put them away.
