Designed for those who desire private space, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are configured to accommodate up to 12 guests: the first bedroom features a king bed and twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), while the remaining three bedrooms each feature a queen bed (sleeps 2). For larger groups, a queen air mattress can be set up in the living area to accommodate an additional two guests.

Step into an enormous great room boasting 20-foot ceilings and 3,000 square feet of living space. The home is thoughtfully laid out across three levels. The second floor serves as the heart of the home with a large, fully functional modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and a variety of appliances including a rice cooker and air fryer. This level also includes the dining area and a separate living room featuring new sofas and a 65" Smart TV. The third floor houses three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while the lower floor contains the fourth bedroom, a full bathroom, and the laundry room.

The main attraction is the outdoor oasis, featuring a rare full-sized swimming pool with evening lighting, a covered gazebo, and a lounging area. Guests can enjoy an outdoor cooking space with a full-size griddle and BBQ. To ensure a seamless vacation, the property provides beach essentials including four beach chairs, a beach mat, an umbrella, and a cooler.

Centrally located for exploring West Puerto Rico, you are only 10 minutes from Aguada beaches and restaurants, 20 minutes from downtown Rincon, and 25 minutes from the famous Crashboat Beach in Aguadilla and the BQN airport.
