CANCELLATION
-No-shows are non-refundable. -No partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals, reduction in the number of persons in your party, and/or early departures.

DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT: -Check-in at 2:00 pm -Check-out by 11:00 am -Please call if you need to make special arrangements regarding check-in and/or check-out.

Early check in: 7am additional charge of $30

Late check Out : additional charge of $30

Additional Guest: $30 will be charge for additional guest

KEYS- Keys will be placed in a secure key lock. The lock key will be provided before check-in.

Check-out: Guests should place the keys in the key lock upon check-out.

ZERO TOLERANCE - Guests shall not use nor are permitted to bring any illegal controlled substances, firearms,items or conduct that are consider inmoral, ilegal and/or hazardous to persons or property.

Non-Smoking: Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

No loud noises at night: Guests are asked to avoid any loud noises between 9pm and 9am, since the apartment is part of a quiet, family-area, residencial condominium.

CHILDREN are welcome: We are a family and child-friendly apartment. Notes:

1. Underage minors (18 years need to be accompanied by a responsible adult) DOGS, CATS AND ANY KIND OF PETS - Pets are not allowed during the guests' stay.
