This is a non-smoking and no-pet property; violations may result in significant fines of $500 for smoking or $300 for pets. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that a wooden deck on the property is currently inaccessible due to safety concerns. Guests are required to sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement and provide a valid photo ID upon booking.
