Please make sure that someone in your party is 25 or older. No parties or large events unless approved by our team via Airbnb message. Any guests outside of your confirmed booking will be charged $50 per person per night. Underage drinking is not allowed. We are a drug-free and smoke-free Vacation Rental. Not obeying our House Rules can lead to immediate cancellation even during your stay with no refund. Please, be aware that we are located withing an open community with its own rules and regulations, and we will be requiring you to provide us with some basic information and asking you to sign a Crime Release Addendum as per our Community Requirement.

More House Rules:

• You must be 25 years old to book your stay. Some exceptions may apply.
• No event allowed, unless approved by hosts.

1. No boots in the house.
2. All children must be under adult supervision at all times.
3. Pets are allowed in the house upon approval (Subject to the additional $50 fee). All pets must be under adult supervision at all times. Please be cognizant of others & do not let dogs on the furniture and beds. Also, please do not use any of our towels on dogs. We provide special towels for your dogs to use which we also wash.
4. If the fireplace, fire pit or hot tub is being used, it must be under sober adult supervision at all times.
5. All kitchenware must be cleaned before your departure. Please put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. We provide detergent in the sink cabinet.
6. Any broken dishes or glasses, ruined/missing towels, or/and sheets are subject to additional charges ($25 per item).
7. Please throw out all trash in the bins located outside, be aware deer, bears and other animals may get into the leftovers put in bins..
8. This is a wood cabin so there is a septic system and well water. Please do not discard any waste into the toilet as it may clog the plumbing
9. Please return the thermostats back to their original setting at 55 degrees.
10. We have a gas grill, please do not use charcoal inside a gas grill for your own safety. We do not supply propane gas. Please consider getting it on your way to the Cabin at i.e., gas station (Wawa is the closest one to the Cabin) or Brewskies Beverage (55 N Courtland St, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301).
11. If you have additional guests arrive please inform us as it affects your original reservation.
12. Please do not bring guns to shoot on our lands, if you want to shoot guns please go to state game lands or ranges.
13. Be respectful to the surroundings and the neighbors. Please keep loud music and social events inside of the house after 10 PM. If you're spending time with family in front of the fire pit at 12 AM, it is absolutely fine but all loud noise must be kept inside of the house otherwise.
14. Please, do not use hand towels to remove makeup. There will be a $10 fee for the towels left with make-up on. We provide make-up towels.
15. Please do not place WINE GLASSES in the dishwasher, because they will break. ($10 charge for broken glass)
16. Please, be aware that we provide access to our supply of wood with a $35 convenience fee
17. WOOD - Please, note that we do not provide wood to our guests, but we have some for our personal use available at the property. For your convenience, for one time charge of $35 you may use our wood while staying at the Cabin. Please, let us know if you are planning to use it and we will request the additional charge through Airbnb.

We understand accidents happen just let us know and we will work it out together. You must follow all Winona Lake Rules located inside the cabin as well, any fines or tickets received while hosting your group will be directly forwarded to you.
