Las Alturas is located just above Covalente 107 coworking spaces & equipped with State of the Art Fiber Optic wifi internet.
For your safety, convenience and peace of mind an emergency 60k power generator & 600 gallons water cistern is connected to the property.

Guest access
You’ll have the loft for you & yours plus access to the upstairs balcony, an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax.

Other things to note
Take notice our space has a Kitchenette which includes Mini fridge, microwave, sink, plates, utensils & cups. The kitchenette includes a cooking surface with 2 electric burners WHICH ARE NOT a substitute to a full range stove.
