Las Alturas is located just above Covalente 107 co-working spaces and equipped with State of the Art Wifi Fiber Optic High Speed Internet. For your convenience, safety and comfort the complete property is connected 24/7 to a 600gal water cistern and a stand by 60K emergency power generator.

You’ll have the loft for you & yours plus access to the upstairs balcony, an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and relax.

Other things to note
Take notice our space has a Kitchenette which includes Mini fridge, microwave, sink, plates, utensils & cups. The kitchenette includes a cooking surface with 2 electric burners WHICH ARE NOT a substitute to a full range stove.
