This thoughtfully designed Tiny Home accommodates up to 6 guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first level features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, where the sound of the ocean and a salty breeze drift through the windows. Two additional sleeping areas are located in the lofts above the kitchen and master bedroom; these are equipped with queen-size foam mattresses and a ceiling height of approximately 40 inches, making them ideal for children or young adults.

Inside, you will find an open-space rustic kitchen complete with a dining table for 3-4 people, electric stove tops, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic utensils. The living area includes a small sofa for family relaxation, and the bathroom is equipped with a water heater for a comfortable shower. Step outside to a private wooden deck featuring an expandable dining table and a 3-person hot tub spa, offering the perfect spot to dine with a stunning view of the sea.

Located within the renowned Finca Corsica, a private coconut palm tree plantation, the property offers an immersive nature experience. Guests have access to a large pool, gardens, dispersed hammocks, jogging tracks, and meditation paths. The estate provides private access to the emerald-colored Caribbean Sea and is just a few steps from the Punta Vientos Nature Reserve, as well as Lajas and La Curva beaches. The nearby town of Patillas offers a variety of restaurants, bars, chinchorros, and surf beaches to explore.
