This beautiful home features a thoughtfully designed layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom on the second floor with a King bed and ensuite master bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a second bedroom with two full beds and a third bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. Additionally, a loft area is available with a futon. Each room is designed with a mountain rustic feeling, utilizing overhead fans and large windows that allow natural light to stream through while providing scenic natural views.

Guests can enjoy a variety of high-quality features, including:

• High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 200Mbps) and a Smart TV with complimentary YouTube TV
• Full-house AC split system for heating and cooling

Local attractions include the Pocono Raceway (25 min), Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Areas (20-25 min), Kalahari Resort and Waterpark (25 min), Hickory Run State Park (20 min), Mount Airy Casino (30 min), and Camelback Mountain (30 min). A car is required to reach the property.

Mandatory Community HOA Fees (Paid separately online):

• Temporary Membership: In-Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week; Off-Season $2/person/day. (Children under 6 are free).
• Gate Pass: $20 per vehicle per stay
• Administration Fee: $20 per stay
• Late Fee: $100 if registration/payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival.

Membership provides access to community pools, lakes, beaches, sports courts, and the Community Lodge. Please ensure all fees are paid at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid late penalties.
