The home is configured with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including two en-suite bathrooms. To accommodate groups of up to 10 guests, the property features a total of 5 queen beds. The interior offers bright, open living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, complemented by an adjacent dining area that seats up to eight guests.

The backyard is where Vacay on Villa really comes to life, offering a variety of ways to enjoy the sunshine:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pool Heat: Optional at $75/night ($400/week); requests must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. A pool use and safety waiver is required.
• House Rules: Zero tolerance party and event policy. This is a non-smoking property; violations result in a non-refundable $250 fee.
• Pets: Not permitted (exceptions may be requested and incur a $175 non-refundable fee).
• Late Check-out: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 rescheduling fee.
