This inviting home is designed for families or groups of friends, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a full bed, a second bedroom with a twin bed and a large bunk bed, and a third bedroom featuring another bunk bed. With two bathrooms, morning routines are a breeze.

The heart of this getaway is the fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures or casual meals. For relaxation, step outside onto the inviting patio or spacious deck to sip your morning coffee and take in the breathtaking views. Please note that the fireplace is for design purposes only and is not usable.

Located in the Brier Crest Woods community next to Lake Harmony, guests have access to a community lake, playground, and basketball area. Explore nearby Pocono attractions, from hiking trails and waterfalls to skiing slopes and quaint shops.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Complimentary for up to 4 cars; up to 3 additional cars may park in the lot for a $10 fee per car paid to the HOA.
• Pets: Allowed (maximum 2) with a $75 one-time fee per animal. A strict leash law is enforced, and pets are prohibited from the beach, swimming, and boat dock areas.
• Community Rules: Car tags must be displayed at all times. Wristbands are required for all BCW amenities; a $10 fee applies for lost bands.
• Lake Usage: Swimming is only permitted in the roped-off area (swim at your own risk). Kayaks and paddle boards are prohibited on the community lake, though they are allowed at Lake Harmony nearby.
• Smoking: Prohibited within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fine applies for smoking inside the unit.
• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended during winter months due to snowy or icy mountain roads.
• Important: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Valid ID and a signed rental agreement are required. A Brier Crest Woods rental fee of $62.04 is collected separately.
• Fees: Early check-in and late check-out are available at $50/hr. A $5 per bag fee applies for trash left behind.
