House rules include no indoor smoking ($300 fee applies), no pets on furniture or in pool ($200 cleaning fee), outdoor smoking permitted with doors/windows closed, and quiet hours to respect neighbors. Lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge. Violation of house rules may result in additional charges or reservation cancellation without refund.
