This professionally managed studio is designed for 2 guests and features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. The space is situated on the 2nd floor of a charming historic Boston building; please note that there is no elevator access.

While the unit is designed for convenience, please be aware that there are no general amenities listed for this property. However, guests will find essential room details to make their stay seamless, including high-speed Wi-Fi, direct satellite TV, and a basic kitchen equipped with silverware, flatware, and cooking utensils. For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of travel-size dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes, a hair dryer, and fresh linens and towels.

Located in a highly walkable area, you can experience the best of Boston without a car. You are just steps away from historic landmarks, top-rated dining, boutique shopping, and upscale retail. For those using public transportation, the Copley Station is a short 5 to 7-minute walk away.

• Entry: Fully keyless entry; access codes are provided 24 hours prior to arrival upon completion of a pre-check-in form and submission of a valid photo ID.
• Laundry: Coin-operated machines are located on the 3rd floor ($2.50 per wash/dry); guests must provide their own detergent.
• Parking: No on-site parking available, though nearby recommendations can be provided upon request.
• Policies: No pets allowed (service animals welcome with advance documentation), no smoking throughout the building, and no parties or events. This unit is not suitable for infants under 2 years old.

Additional Services: A linen turnover service is available during your stay for a $25 fee. Please note that mid-stay cleanings are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees.
