Inside, you will find a cozy living room anchored by a beautiful fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day of exploring, alongside a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. The home includes a fully stocked kitchen for all your meal preparation needs, a washer and dryer for convenience, and an outside deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Please note that some furniture may be older and worn, as the owners aim to keep this mountain house affordable for everyone.

Located in a private community, the property is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts. You are just 14 minutes from Big Boulder Mountain, 20 minutes from the beautiful old town of Jim Thorpe, and 35 minutes from Camelback. The area is a hub for skiing, hiking, biking, and rafting, and offers a charming exploration of local restaurants, antiques, and artisanal delights.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No smoking, fireworks, or unauthorized parties (violation results in a $250 fine).
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests must bring their own firewood and lighter for the fireplace.
• Trash Policy: Up to two bags are free; additional bags are $10 each. All trash must be taken to the Administration Office dumpster to avoid attracting bears.
• Thermostat Management: Heat must be turned to the "OFF" position when leaving rooms or the property.
• Access: Guests have full access to the house but may not use other Towamensing Trails community amenities (pool, clubhouse, etc.).
• Occupancy: Maximum of 10 people on property per township ordinance.
• Age Requirement: If any guest is under 21, a person aged 25+ must book and remain on-site.
• Linens are not provided, though shampoo and soap are available in showers.
