This pet-friendly residence is configured with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably providing sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a large dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is designed for flexibility, offering a full-sized bed and bunk beds to accommodate four people. For additional versatility, the home includes a back den located right off the kitchen, featuring a dining table and a cozy day bed that sleeps two, providing an ideal spot for lounging or reading.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room drenched in sunlight from a large window, complete with ample seating and a Smart TV featuring YouTube TV and various streaming apps. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all essential cooking tools, and a dedicated coffee bar stocked with tea, coffee, and sugar. A convenient seating area with four barstools overlooks the living room, making it a social hub of the home.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The large fenced-in backyard is an oasis featuring a deck, a propane grill, and a fire pit. Guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the coast or lounge in the provided Adirondack chairs and outdoor furniture.

Located south of Route 28 in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, the home is situated in an extremely safe and private neighborhood that is perfect for biking and walking. You are less than a mile from local beaches; a scenic 15-minute walk down the street adjacent to Parkers River leads you directly to Thatcher Beach. Local shops and restaurants are also conveniently nearby.

Guest access includes all areas of the home except for one linen supply closet and one back shed. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in an attached shed just outside the back door.
