Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You can share stories of your daily adventures on the private deck or fire up the gas grill on the patio for an alfresco meal. The property also includes a fenced yard for added privacy and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before heading inside. Inside, the home is equipped with a full, open kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a washer/dryer for easy cleanup, and entertainment options including cable and DVD movies. To keep you connected during your stay, free WiFi is provided.

Location is everything at South Chatham Sunshine. Situated just a block off Main Street, you are perfectly placed to explore the area. The shores of Forest Beach are a mere three-quarters of a mile walk away, while Cockle Cove Beach is located one mile southeast for swimming and sandcastles. For a change of scenery, Lighthouse Beach is five miles east. If you are looking for local entertainment, Veterans Field is four miles east, where you can root for the Chatham Anglers.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following house rules and practical information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed on the property. Please be aware that the fireplace is not for guest use. When parking in the driveway, please be mindful on Wednesdays and Thursdays not to park too close to the trash barrels to allow the vendor access for disposal.
