The property features a cozy 3-bedroom configuration designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. The main house provides a comfortable king bedroom and a queen bedroom located upstairs, with a shared landing area featuring a TV. For additional space, there is a private, detached bunkhouse equipped with a queen bed and a twin bed, serving as an ideal extra hangout or sleeping area (please note the bunkhouse includes electricity but has no running water). The home is served by one full bathroom on the first floor with a tub/shower combination, complemented by an upstairs half bath with a toilet and sink.

Guests can enjoy a variety of home comforts and coastal conveniences:

• Fully equipped kitchen featuring a coffee grinder and lobster pot
• WiFi and Smart TV

For those seeking adventure, kayaks and SUPs can be rented through Port Clyde Kayak or Ducktrap Kayak, with convenient delivery and pickup directly at the property.
