-Guest sign contract electronically. 7 night minimum during peak summer season (Memorial day week to Labor day week). -Property Damage: Refundable Damage Deposit of $250. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. Rental fee: 50% due at booking and 50% due at least 30 days before occupancy.
-Must be at least 21 years old to rent. No more than 12 people on the property at any point including overnight and visiting guests. No parties or events allowed on the property. No commercial photography or videos allowed unless approved by the owners ahead of time. -Firewood NOT included. If you expect to use firewood please bring it with you. No fireworks allowed unless approved by the owners first. -Guests have a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to start. If more is needed for your stay please bring it with you. -Guests may not unplugged or otherwise tamper with the internet modem and/or wifi router or security cameras at any point. Security cameras are clearly described in the listing for safety of the guests and the host. -Pet fee is per animal per stay. Maximum is 2 pets unless agreed upon prior to stay. Example 2 dogs would be 2 x$100 for the stay. Pets have to be housebroken and any damage to the property will be taken out of the damage deposit. Guest are required to pick up any outside pet droppings from around the property or fee will be taken out of the damage deposit. -1 outside camera facing the front, 1 outside camera facing the back of the house, and 1 outside camera facing the garage area. Security cameras are for safety of the host and guests. Devices record automatically when sense any motion fit security reasons. No devices inside the house or pointing at the inside of the house. -Smoking only allowed outside. Please do not throw cigarette and cigar butts onto the lawn around the property. Cleaning fee will be assessed otherwise.
