Weekly maintenance occurs Wednesdays between 8-11am for pool service, with lawn care also scheduled during weekdays. Extended stays over 28 days require monthly cleaning services at $350 per cleaning. The propane grill tank may need refilling during your visit, and occasional traffic or seasonal event noise may be audible due to the active neighborhood location. Garbage collection is Wednesdays if you're staying for an extended period.
