This cozy modern townhouse is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across two levels. On the first floor, you will find a king bedroom conveniently located next to a full bathroom. The main level also boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living area featuring a sofa sleeper for additional guests. Step outside to enjoy a private patio and a large yard; for those looking for outdoor fun, the onsite shed is stocked with a cabana, beach chairs, toys, and games. The second level features a bedroom with a unique loft feel, housing a queen bed and two twin beds, along with its own full bathroom that includes a bath. Linens are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire townhouse, including the private back patio and entrances, as well as access to a sprawling shared back lawn.

Located in a prime area of Brewster, you are never far from the best of the lower Cape. Beautiful beaches are within a short 10-minute drive, while the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park are within walking distance. The neighborhood is renowned for having the best restaurant scene on the Cape and plenty of nearby shopping options, ensuring you never run out of activities.

Resort Access: As part of the Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, guests can purchase Sponsored Guest Passes at the Membership Desk (Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM). These passes provide access to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities. Please note that the Membership Desk does not accept cash; a credit card is required. Sponsored guests do not have charging privileges and must carry a form of payment for property purchases. While shuttle service is available to Crosby Landing Beach and Mansion side amenities, please be aware that sponsored guests do not have access to the Ocean Edge Private Beach or the Golf Course.
