‼️Please read carefully the house-rules below for your reference. Failure to comply may result in complaints from neighbors, potential fines, or even early termination of your stay. Let’s all work together to maintain a peaceful environment.

🏡 Check-In & Check-Out House Rules

To ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the space, please adhere to the following check-in and check-out guidelines:

⏳ Check-In: ✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM ✔ Early check-in requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

⏳ Check-Out: ✔ Check-out time: 10:00 AM ✔ Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fee of $150 after 30 minutes of the checkout time

🔇 Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please help us keep things peaceful by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours — inside and out. That means: 📌 Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home. 📌 Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas. 📌 Ensuring pets do not bark excessively, especially during quiet hours. 📌 If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas.

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down. Any noise complaints from neighbors, security during these hours will result in the following: 📌 Immediate fine of $500 charged to the reservation. 📌 Immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund if noise persists or if multiple complaints are received.

📍 No Smoking - $1000 fine 📍 No Parties or Events - $500/night fine

We take this very seriously to ensure respect for our neighbors and compliance with community rules.

‼️PETS ALLOWED‼️ 📌 While we love pets 🐾, please be aware that there may be applicable charges.

‼️General Rules‼️ 📌Pet Approval Required – Please inform us about your pet(s) before booking. Unapproved pets may result in a penalty or cancellation of the reservation. 📌Maximum of TWO pets only. 📌Pet Fee – A $120 fee for the entire stay applies to help cover additional cleaning. 📌If the pet fee was not added during your reservation, please inform us so we can update it accordingly.

‼️Inside the House‼️ 📌 No Pets on Furniture & Beds – Please keep pets off beds, couches, and other furniture. 📌 Supervised Pets Only – Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated. 📌 Clean Up After Your Pet – Any pet accidents must be cleaned up immediately.

‼️Outdoor & Common Areas‼️ 📌 Leash Policy – Pets must be on a leash in shared or outdoor spaces. 📌 Waste Disposal – Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and properly disposing of waste.
