The home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king-sized bed, a private full bathroom, a private balcony, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with an attached full bathroom and a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom provides two additional twin beds.

Inside, you will find a cozy and airy living area featuring classic Cape Cod decor and air conditioning for hot summer days. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the tools and essentials necessary to prepare a traditional Cape Cod feast. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the property includes two balconies perfect for soaking in the peaceful surroundings and a grill area for hosting barbecues against a lush green landscape.

Located in a safe, peaceful, and family-friendly gated community, the cottage is steps away from the scenic 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail. Guests are just a short walk or bike ride from local restaurants, shops, and markets. Additionally, Nickerson State Park is only a 5-minute drive away, offering lush trails, freshwater ponds for swimming and paddleboarding, and fishing opportunities.

While there are no private house amenities, guests enjoy the incredible range of features at Ocean Edge Resort, including a private beach on the stunning Cape Cod Bay shoreline, a swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), well-maintained tennis courts, a fitness center with yoga and pilates classes, and optional golf on one of the area's most beautiful courses.

Practical information: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please note that per Home Owners Association By-Laws, no unit may be leased for less than one week; therefore, all reservations shorter than seven days will be automatically extended to one week at no additional cost to the guest.
