Please note that security deposits must be held by the owner. Cancellation policies vary: a full refund (less a $250 fee) is available for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, and a 50% refund (less a $250 fee) for those made more than 30 days prior; no refunds are issued within 30 days of arrival.
